SROA Compliance Corner: Introduction of new compliance officer
My name is Brett
D’Alessandro and it is my
privilege to serve as the new
Compliance Officer for the
Sunriver Owners Association.
A lifelong appreciation for
the outdoors has guided many
of my personal and professional
decisions. That passion led me
to Montana, where I earned
my bachelor’s degree from
Montana State University and
spent several years immersed
in the region’s natural beauty
and strong sense of community.
In 2015, my girlfriend and I
returned to Oregon, and I consider myself fortunate to have
transitioned from one beautiful
place to another. Outside of my
professional responsibilities, I
enjoy snowboarding, fly fishing,
camping and spending quiet
evenings watching Jeopardy
with my girlfriend and our two
dogs. These activities keep me
connected to the landscapes and
values that make communities
like Sunriver so special.
As Compliance Officer, my
commitment is to uphold the
standards that preserve the quality, character and harmony of
our shared environment. I believe strongly in fairness, clarity
and open communication. My
goal is not only to ensure adherence to community guidelines,
but also to serve as a resource
for property owners seeking
guidance or clarification.
I look forward to working
collaboratively with residents
and contributing to the continued well-being and excellence of
the Sunriver community.

owners to volunteer to populate
several association committees.
SROA committees, special task
forces and work group are the
behind-the-scenes movers and
shakers that help shape the
Sunriver community.
Committee members must
be a Sunriver property owner
in good standing and generally
do not need any special skills or
backgrounds to be considered
