Homeowners - This Affects YOU
Vote NO on the SROA transfer tax
• It is unfair to force sellers and buyers to fund capital improvements that benefit us all. All
homeowners should pay for desired amenities as an investment in our community.
• The proposed ballot measure permanently changes the Sunriver Consolidated Plan and
transfers the right of owners to make future decisions on capital projects to staff and a few
board members.
• Homeowners will support amenities that improve our community as they did when approving the SHARC.
• The Board’s promotional materials state that it is “too expensive” to conduct
elections. There is a scheduled election every year.
• A one-time increase in HOA fees of $12 per month on all homeowners would raise an
equivalent sum for capital improvements. The burden should be the responsibility of all.
