SROA NEWS – As a member of the Sunriver Owners
Association (SROA), property
owners are entitled to an annual
Member Preference Program
(MPP) ID card.
The annual fee for this card is
only $90, yet some still feel the
cost is “too much.” Let’s face it,
you can’t even do dinner and a
movie for 90 bucks anymore.
Do the math and you’ll see
that even if you only participate
in a few of these programs each
year you will quickly earn back
your money… and then some.
Membership not only identifies you as a Sunriver property
owner, but it also supports and
provides exclusive discounts on
a variety of SROA amenities
and other programs.
With summer officially here,
now is the time to head to the
Member Services at SHARC to
update and/or purchase a card.
The office is open daily 8:30
a.m. to 4 p.m.
As the adage goes, “membership has its privileges.” Here’s

• 20 recreation guest passes
per property ($440-$640 seasonal value)
• Unlimited access to
SHARC aquatics ($22-$32
seasonal savings per visit)
• Unlimited access to
SHARC’s fitness center ($720
annual value, based on an
average $60/month gym
membership)
• Exclusive discounted land
& aquatic classes (priceless)
• Free lap swim at SHARC &
Member Pool (priceless)
• SROA boat launch access
(priceless)
• Summer river shuttle service (priceless)
• Disc golf access ($5 value
per game)
• Express admission line at
SHARC (priceless)

owners-only living room and
