Vote NO on the SROA transfer tax
• We love Sunriver and all the amenities, what a special place! A transfer tax is
the wrong way to fund future capital improvements.
• Every homeowner should have skin in the game by funding and voting on
future projects.
• Home sellers should not pay for projects they will never receive any benefit.
• The transfer tax creates a vague fund with limited homeowner oversight – a
Slush Fund
• Don’t change the Consolidated Plan, it was carefully designed to protect Sunriver and Homeowners.
