SROA annual membership card provides a plethora of savings

your road, the Sunriver Owners
Association provides a variety
of services to its owners.
But, for about the price of
a single latte a month, owners can rake in discounted or
included access to a variety of
programs and services with the
purchase of an annual Member
Preference ID card. Add it all
up and you can save hundreds
– even thousands – of dollars
each year.
“I didn’t even realize the total
value,” said Pam Hays, SROA
board vice president. “It’s $85
dollars for 13 months – that
adds up to .24 cents a day –
that’s a pretty good value.”
Purchasing or renewing
your card for 2026
The annual renewal period
starts Dec. 15 with Member
Preference ID cards remaining
valid through Jan. 31, 2027 (59
weeks total). Cards pricing is
yet to be determined for 2026
and will be announced in the
December Scene. The story
also will include additional
instructions for how cards can
be renewed.

Here’s a rundown of current privileges and discounts that an annual Member Preference
ID card provides (based on 2025 rates; prices and offerings subject to change):
• 20 SROA recreation guest passes per property ($300-$600 seasonal value for an adult admission to
SHARC)
• Unlimited access to SHARC aquatics ($15-$30 seasonal value per visit)
• Unlimited access to SHARC’s fitness center ($600 annual value, based on a low average $50/month
gym membership)
• Disc golf play ($5 value per game)
• Summer member express admission line at SHARC
• Exclusive access to the living room and patio at SHARC
• Morning coffee provided in the living room at SHARC
• Discount on SHARC, tennis/pickleball retail items (10% off)
• Discount at SHARC café (10% off)
• Lap swim
• Discounted aquatic programs ($5-$15 average savings per program)
• Exclusive owners-only fitness classes (varies, fee based)
• Exclusive access to the Member Pool
• Discounts on select SROA events/functions (value varies)
• Unlimited SROA boat launch access and complimentary river shuttle service
• Annual Owner Directory ($2 value)
• Access to up to three cords of firewood annually ($525 annual value, based on $175/cord average price)
• Tennis and pickleball court use ($40 value per court use)
• Discount on tennis lessons and clinics (10% off)
• Complimentary Sunriver Nature Center admission ($9 savings per visit adult; $6 children) and complimentary/discount for various programs (cost varies).
