Sunriver needs you… SROA board candidates sought

a great place.

Owner input sought on Sunriver Rules and Regulations updates
SROA NEWS – Earlier this
year, the SROA Board of Directors approved the creation of
the SROA Rules and Regulation Update Task Force.
The task force is charged
with reviewing the existing
rules and regulations for necessary updates – including
amending existing rules, omitting existing rules that are no
longer relevant and adding new
rules when warranted.
Because these rules and regulations affect every owner and
guest to Sunriver as well as the
overall livability of the community, the task force is seeking
owner comment now – at the
initiation of their work. They
want to hear from you before
they dive deep into the task before them, and they are asking
you to provide your thoughts
and comments about the rules
applicable to living in and visit-
ing Sunriver.
As the project progresses,
and drafts of the revised rules
and regulations are created by
the task force, there will be
additional opportunities for
owner comment. Ultimately,
the board of directors will
decide on the final version of
the rules and regulations as
amended – tentatively scheduled for early spring 2026.
The existing rules and
regulations can be found
on the SROA webpage at
www.sunriverowners.org/
taskforceprojects. You can
provide comment by the
following methods:
• Email infosroa@srowners.org
• Submit written materials to
the SROA administrative office
at 57455 Abbot Drive.
• Mailed to: PO Box 3278,
Sunriver, OR 97707. Attention
James Lewis, General Manager.
