simple updates that can make
a big difference before wildfire

unique challenges, but with the

and sample a sweet, savory, and
gluten-free scone. You’ll learn
practical tips and adjustments
you can confidently use in your
own kitchen. Maximum class
size is 12.

Bakery is a pastry chef and
chocolatier from Uruguay.
Since 2020, she has lived in
Sunriver, where she combines
her love of baking with a passion for the outdoors and
community. She’ll share professional insights and proven
techniques tailored specifically
to high-altitude baking in Central Oregon.

designed to empower rather
than intimidate.

Sunriver You committee has yet to find an instructor/presenter for a topic
of interest, Central Oregon geological features and landscapes. Send us an
email if you, or someone you know, can lead the class.
Ongoing Silent Meditation Drop-In Gathering and
Teaching
• First and third Fridays
monthly, 10:30 to 11:30
a.m. in the Crescent Room at
SHARC.
• Drop-in class, no registration required. Arrive 5 minutes
early so the class can start and
end on time.
• All are welcome, as is any
silent meditation practice.
• Sessions include a 20-minute silent sit. Teaching and
introduction to companion
practices will be offered in addition to the silent sit.
• Chairs will be provided.
Participants are welcome to
bring a cushion and other items
for your comfort.

meditation practitioner since
2018, has been commissioned
by Contemplative Outreach,
Ltd. as a presenter of the
Centering and Welcoming
