Mystery and memory take the stage at 'Voices'

The Sunriver Stars Community Theater's 2026 season begins with mystery, memory and
emotional depth. The theater’s
opening production is “Voices”
by Richard Lortz.
The play invites audiences into an old house where
grief, strained relationships and
echoes of the past intertwine.
Performances will be held at 6
p.m. April 2, April 3 and April 4
in the Pozzi Room at Sunriver
Nature Center & Observatory.
Sunriver Stars board member Megan Steffens makes
her directorial debut with the
production.
Steffens, who has previously
appeared on the Sunriver Stars
stage, said the emotional depth
of “Voices” drew her to the

the volunteers who support
Sunriver Stars productions,
including those assisting with
lighting, sound, concessions,
and tickets.

more special by its setting in the
Pozzi Room, which provides

“house.”
